Your membership application is three steps away:

1.)Please complete the membership form.

2.)Please pay the correct membership fee by deposit into the banking account details given on the form.(Please note applicable fees on form)

3.)Email form to esme@kingdomworx.co.za or fax to 086 580 2775 / 6 complete with a copy of the deposit slip.
